Branding isn't about how you look, it's about how you land.
Forta Design specializes in premium rebrands for businesses in the professional services space.
If you offer legal, accounting, consulting, marketing, or web services, your brand is probably the secret weapon you aren’t using… yet.
You have clients, not customers. So why does branding even matter?
Because there is a psychological value to branding:
- trust
- credibility
- a good first impression
Trust
Good branding says that you invest in the foundation of the business, conveying stability.
Credibility
Good branding says that you don't cut corners or patch things over with cheap window dressing.
First Impression
Good branding straight up leaves a better impression in the minds of others.
Sound familiar?
- You've been working with a dated brand that adds time and friction to projects.
- Your current brand looks too amateur to display - on your letterhead, business card, or at a trade show booth.
- Despite financial success, you have a hunch that the business lacks polish and credibility.
- You know the power of a great first impression and you aren't confident your business has one.
We can help!
- We take you through our proven 3-step Fortify Your Brand process, engineered to evolve and launch your new brand in only 2 months.
- With a new visual brand that actually reflects your position in the market and resonates with potential clients, you create stronger trust across the board.
- Trust leads to long-lasting business relationships, potential contracts, and ultimately revenue and strength for the business itself.

Meet Michelle
I launched Forta Design after years of successful freelancing.
Over the last decade, I’ve become #1 on Best of Vancouver’s list of graphic designers, and helped over 50 companies create and launch new logos and brands.
I’ve worked with non-profits, publicly traded companies, mom and pop shops, universities, multi-million dollar companies, and entrepreneurs.
Through all of that I keep coming back to rebrands in the B2B space. Designing for these companies is always the most rewarding and always sees the best results.
Businesses who serve other businesses value relationships and strategic thinking, values that I share.
If that sounds like you and your company, let’s chat!
We Fortify Your Brand in 3 Steps
step one
The Workshop
This is like a Discovery call on steroids. We meet with you and your leadership team virtually to take stock of the past and present of your brand, and detail out the strategic future you want to create.
- You’ll walk away with a Design Brief that becomes the game plan for creating your new brand.
- You also get a team experience that helps you to learn what “you don’t know you don’t know” about branding as a strategy as well as a guiding document summarizing your business’ goals in that arena.
step two
Logo Design
We use our creative chops to craft and refine your new brand, checking in with you at designated approval points so that we are on the same page every step of the way.
- You’ll walk away with a primary logo and logo variations, colour palette, brand fonts.
- You also get the professional, functional branding for your company you know you need.
step three
Brand Guidelines
We create the document that will codify your new brand and help to ensure your team uses it consistently and correctly going forward.
- You’ll walk away with a playbook that captures the technical details of the brand and the do’s and don’ts of applying it.
- You also get peace of mind knowing this wasn’t just an exercise, but rather a turning point in your company’s strategic journey.
Companies with more mature brand marketing hold a 46% larger market share than weaker brands.
It makes sense, right?
Your brand is the face of your business – whether through a business card as a first impression, or through your online presence as an on-going voice in the ear of potential clients.
So if you want to signal that you are competent, professional, and relevant to your clients, then a rebrand is like a great makeover: it turns heads and reengages interest.
Long-term ROI
- Attract new clients
- Cross-sell to existing clients
- Increase your brand awareness
- Overall sales growth
Why choose Forta Design?
The B2B landscape is built on long-lasting relationships, incredible business strategy, and not a lot of fanfare. Just how we like it.
Strategy drives the rationale for every design; this is a value held across Forta – that graphic design solves business problems, it doesn’t just make something look nice. We’re proud that this distinguishes us from the pack, and we’ve found our B2B clients resonate with the approach.
FAQs
Every brand is unique, so the needs (and rates) change from project to project. We don’t work with a client unless both of us are confident that the ROI on the rebrand will be worth what we charge.
Some rebrands do consist of evolving the current logo - there can be great strategy behind such a choice. But our process doesn’t change much even if that is the case, as we still want to ensure that is the best way forward. Testing a client’s assumptions about their brand is part of Phase 1.
The truth is that it does matter, and is actually an under-utilized strategy for B2Bs. Consider these stats:
- Nearly one quarter of B2B companies devote less than 20% of their marketing budget to brand.
- Companies with more mature brand marketing generate a higher return on marketing initiatives.
- Tangible ROI includes long-term value like new-customer acquisition, cross-selling to existing customers, increased brand awareness, and overall sales growth.

Great news, it is our job to provide creative brain power! As soon as you are considering a rebrand you should reach out so that you can learn about the process and consider your options. Also, sometimes clients can get attached to ideas that don’t actually work for the brand itself, so no need to get too far down a rabbit hole before talking to a professional designer.
The entire process takes about 2 months, with a 2-hour workshop at the start and weekly check-ins thereafter.
Fiverr is perfect for entrepreneurs and companies with no budget. If that describes you then you should explore their services. If that doesn’t describe you then you should consider what a premium services means for your rebrand:
- Working directly with a person you can hop on the phone with
- Working with a company that specializes in your type of business full-time
- Working with a company well-versed in the business world and knows how to apply strategy to creativity
